I can’t think of anything negative about this company. This is the second time using Bin There Dump That, the service went smooth and was straightforward. These folks represent among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Susan was very friendly, patient, and helpful in my selection of what bin I needed. She and the team were very humble, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and timely. Excellent communication from start to finish. A ha ha here, coffee and a donut would be greatly appreciated in bin delivery and pickup (just kidding). Very reliable folks and there’s no doubt in my mind I will use them again when needed.

Courteous And Kind - by Stephen Toth, Apr 2021 I am the Administrator for my Aunt's estate and we had a bunch of stuff that needed to be disposed of and wasn't sure what to do, people were volunteering trucks to haul to the dump but then I knew I would have to coordinate and worry about dump fees each time, sorting, etc. I found Bin There Dump That on a google search and a quick chat with Susan took care of everything! The person who dropped it off was courteous and kind and even made sure he got it just where it was best for us to empty the house. Pick up was even easier as I wasn't even here but they had no issues at all. Had to switch the card for payment and again one quick call took care of it all! Will be calling them again anytime I have a large clear out project!

Professional and easy to rent - by Lloyd S, June 2020 Professional and easy to rent. Follow up e-mails for pick up reminder and quick easy process when pick up was required. No hidden fees. Quote was spot on. Container was perfectly laid where I wanted it. I remarked to the driver that the office said he could put it on a dime, his response while laughing was a quarter yes but not a dime. These folks are great and have a sense of humor. Really great to work with. Containers aren't ugly and don't stand out, really look good. Hard to find folks like this anymore, trusting and with integrity. You'll be glad you rented from them.

Your response time to our inquiry was much quicker than expected and you guided us thru some probing as to the size we really needed. We thought we would need more time and surprisingly were finished in just a couple of days. Time saved with not having to make dump runs and double handling was WELL worth the cost of the unit. I hope I am done with this kind of purge yet I highly recommend everyone who is facing this task to give Susan a call. Thanx again for your rapid response.

And equally important, the dumpster was nicely painted, clean and had no foul odors. I definitely recommend using this franchise if you live in the Raleigh area.
